Touched by Mercy: A Commentary on the Qasidah Burdah
- Arguably one of the greatest poems ever written about the Beloved of God (peace and blessings be upon him) is coming to the North of England.

THE TOUR ::
A 7-day tour of cities across the North of England, with live performances of the Qasidah Burdah by Sidi Nader Khan and an exposition and commentary of the Qasidah Burdah by Shaykh Faraz Rabbani.

Each evening the teachers will touch upon a different theme of the Qasidah Burdah as it relates to the character and teachings of the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Entrance is by registration only.

Email Bano@relief-works.org to reserve your place. Tickets cost £10 per head.

THE RETREAT ::
The tour will culminate in a 3-day retreat that will go through the Qasidah Burdah in detail, providing a precise commentary on the meanings of the poem and its reflection on the beloved of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The retreat will also provide guidance and a practical understanding of how the teachings and character of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) can be applied to social activism and how we can manifest Prophetic mercy and share his (peace and blessings be upon him) beauty to those in our own neighbourhoods.

“Share The Prophet with the people. The “Da’wah” will take care of itself.” (Sidi Nader Khan)

Join us, and ensure that you are fulfilling this duty in the best way possible. Your parents are the means to your existence, and our Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said “whoever doesn’t thank people, has not thanked Allah”.
