    The best translation is The Majestic Quran by Mostafa Badawi, Abdal Hakim Murad et al., (Starlatch Press) as the brother said below. You should add this to your poll. It is being revised now, and will be published in an improved edition isha Allah.

    One of the least known but most faithful translation (and transliteration) is, “The Tajwidi Qur'an”, by Sheikh Nooruddeen Durkee. Its English is edited by Hajja Noura Durkee, with Arabic text hand-written by Munshi Muhammad Sharif and orthography by 'Ustadh Zafar 'Iqbal.
